Heard Mr. Arunkumar V. Nigalye, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr. Nikhil Pai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 and Mr. S. Rebello, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.3.

2. The grievance of the petitioner, in the above contempt petition, is that the directions issued by this Court by an order dated 22/09/2011 are not being complied with.

3. Mr. Pai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2, upon instructions, states that the respondents shall comply

CPM/42/2014 with the order dated 22/09/2011 within three months from today.

4. Mr. A. Nigalye, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, states that accepting the said statement of Mr. Pai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 upon instructions, the contempt petition may be disposed of.

5. Hence, accepting the statement of Mr. Pai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondents No.1 and 2 upon instructions, contempt petition stands disposed of.
