Learned Advocate for the Respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 submits that he has no objection to the application under consideration. The same is allowed. Respondent No.2 is ordered to be represented by the Respondents in the said proceedings.

2. In view of the Order in the MCA No.627 of 2017 condoning the delay in filing the Appeal, the Appeal is ordered to be registered which is under STM No.1991 of 2017.

3. Shri E. Afonso submits that an Appeal has already been filed by him on behalf of the Respondent nos.1 to 3 pertaining to the

MCA/839/2017 same Judgment in the present Appeal. It is his further contention that the same has been admitted pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 14.09.2017 and hearing of the matter is expedited as one of the party is a Senior Citizen. He requests that the First Appeal No.100 of 2017 be tagged alongwith this Appeal.

4. The same is allowed. First Appeal No.100 of 2017 to be tagged alongwith the present Appeal.
