In PIL WP No.19/2018, the challenge was to the draft notification. Mr. Shetye,who appears in person states that now final notification has been issued on 18.1.2019.

2. Now, the final notification has already been issued, then, PIL WP No.19/2018 is rendered infructuous. Mr. Shetye seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh petition to challenge final notification. We see no difficulty in accepting this request.

3. Accordingly, PIL WP 19/2018 is disposed of as withdrawn

PILWP/19/2018 with liberty to challenge the final notification dated 18.1.2019.

4. Insofar as PIL WP nos.21 and 22 of 2018 are concerned, The Ministry of Environment and Forests was directed to file an affidavit by 25.1.2019. This has not been done. However, by way of a last chance, we grant further time of four weeks to the Ministry to file an affidavit.

5. Stand over to 11.3.2019.
