2. The applicant is a purchaser of one plot under a deed of sale dated 15.09.2008.

3. In that view of the matter and for the reasons mentioned in

MCA/618/2019 the application, the impleadment is allowed. The applicant shall be impleaded as respondent no. 5.

4. The learned Additional Government Advocate for the original petitioners to serve a copy of the petition alongwith the annexures on the learned Counsel for the newly added respondent no. 5.

5. The Civil Application is disposed of.
