Heard Mr G. Nadkarni for the petitioner. Learned Advocate General appears along with Mr Arolkar for respondent nos.1 to 3.

2. For the order that we propose to make, no notice to respondent no.4 is deemed necessary. Respondent no.4 would be granted full opportunity by respondent no.3 - the Executing Authority.

3. The petitioner's main grievance is that the execution proceedings pending before respondent no.3 for the execution of the award dated 24.02.2007 are not proceeding expeditiously.

4. Learned Advocate General makes a statement that respondent no.3 will dispose of the execution proceedings within three months from today. By accepting this statement and directing the respondent no.3 to act accordingly, we dispose of this petition.

5. Respondent no.3 must dispose of the execution proceedings as expeditiously as possible and, in any case, within three months by following the law and on its own merits. Respondent no.3 must afford opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and respondent no.4.

6. This petition is disposed of in the above terms without any order for costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
