Heard Ms Swati Kamat Wagh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Pulkit Bandodkar, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the parties hands in consent terms which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

3. Consent terms have been signed by the petitioners who are present in the Court. Inquiry of them, they stated that they have voluntarily signed these consent terms after understanding the full scope and import. They urged that the matter may be disposed of by accepting the consent terms.

4. Ms S. Kamat Wagh has also signed the consent terms and identified the petitioners.

5. Consent terms are also signed by Ms Sandra Rodrigues, Senior Manager (HR) for the respondent company. Ms Sandra Rodrigues 10th April, 2024

WP 432 of 2023 states that she has signed these consent terms after obtaining the necessary authority from the company. She says that the respondent company has agreed to the consent terms and is also today paying an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- to the petitioners.

6. Mr P. Bandodkar, learned counsel for the respondent has identified Ms Sandra Rodrigues.

7. Mr P. Bandodkar has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- details of this cheque are set out in paragraph 8 of the consent terms.

8. Accordingly, consent terms are accepted. This Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of consent terms.
