Shri S. R. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor placed on record a copy of the Aadhar Card of the mother of the applicant and the report issued by the Mankhurd Police Station Mumbai confirming the address of the mother of the applicant.

2. In view thereof, the order dated 12.12.2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Panaji, is modified whereby the applicant is directed to furnish the identity proof of his mother with the local address and provide his available address whenever a search is made for him. He shall also not leave the State of Goa without the prior permission of the Trial Court.
