Heard Shri D. J. Pangam, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, Shri A. F. Diniz, learned Counsel appearing for the original petitioners and Shri S. Desai, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.3
2. This is an application filed by the applicant inter alia to disclose some subsequent events which occurred after order was passed that the Writ Petition was infructuous.
3. Upon hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents, we find that, the above application is not maintainable in the present Writ Petition
MCA/801/2014 which is already been disposed off. The allegations of the applicant are based on the subsequent events which are disputed by the original petitioners essentially inferences and the conclusion sought to be drawn therefrom.
4. We are not inclined to pass any order in the above application. The applicant, if so advised, to take appropriate remedy as may be available in law. Keeping all the contentions of the parties open with regard to such subsequent events, we disposed off the application.
