The applicant seeks the relief of bail in anticipation of arrest for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 379, 504, 324, 427, 143, 148 read with Section 149 IPC in the Crime No.98 of 2018 of the Ponda Police Station. 3.

On hearing the learned Advocates for sometime and considering the status of investigation thus far, i am inclined to secure the applicant on bail in anticipation of arrest on the following terms and conditions :

(i) In the event of arrest the applicant shall be enlarged on bail on executing Bail Bonds in the sum of ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned

(ii) He shall report at the Ponda Police Station initially for a week w.e.f. 10/07/2018 between 10.00hrs. till 12.00hours and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer in connection with the said Crime. (iii) He shall co-operate with the course of investigation and shall not intimidate or tamper with the witnesses. 4.
