2. As the revision challenges the order passed by the learned Registrar (judicial) refusing registration, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents. The reasons for condonation of delay in filing the civil revision application would also be relevant and germane in so far as the present revision application is concerned. Thus,the order refusing registration of the stamp no.886/2011 is hereby set aside. Let the Second Appeal be registered subject to the appellant/applicant removing all the office objections within the period of one week from today.
