The parties have amicably settled the dispute and have produced consent terms on record, which are signed on behalf of the respective parties and their counsel. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The parties have also filed a pursis, signed by their respective counsel claiming for disposal of the appeal in view of the comprise terms filed.

2.The appeal is, therefore, disposed off in view of the consent terms.

3. A Decree be drawn accordingly. The plan filed along with the

SA/89/2017 consent terms shall form part of the decree.
