REGISTRAR'S ORDER The notices issued to Respondent no. 1(B) & 1(C) returned unserved, many times . The petitioner filed Misc. Civil Appln. 201/2018 to serve the notices to them by affixing it on the outer door of the conspicuous part of the house, it they refused to receive the notices. Accordingly, notices was issued to them but this time returned back with the remarks that the house was found closed and locked and the neighbour informed that they are residing at Panaji but the details address is not known to him.

The petitioner has filed this application to serve the notices by Substituted service by publishing it in any regional local daily newspaper. The petitioner has filed affidavit in support of application. Notices to Respondent no. 1(B) & (C) will not be served by ordinary means unless those are to be served by way of Substituted service.

Hence, Misc. Civil Appln. is allowed. Issue notice to Respondent No.
