1. Heard Ms. Kamat appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Amay Phadte for the Respondents. This is an Application for fixing peremptory date for final hearing of Writ Petition No. 582 of 2017.

2. There are in all three Writ Petitions tagged together, out of which, two are filed by the Petitioner challenging the rejection of the mundkarial case and the second one against eviction order passed by the Appellate Court under the Rent Control Act. The third Petition is filed by the owner challenging the order of the Executing Court staying the proceedings.

3. The learned Counsel for the respective parties agree to argue all the matters together. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed. 28th November, 2023

MCA 150 of 2023 Writ Petition No. 582 of 2017 is now fixed for final hearing from the week commencing from 08.01.2024 (High on Board).
