P.C.:- This first appeal filed by an instrumentality of State arising out of Land Acquisition Proceedings. In the appeal, the appellant has also filed a civil application to have the impugned judgment stayed until the first appeal is disposed of.

On 9.10.2017, this Court gave following directions:- 1.

Admit. Subject to the Appellant depositing 25% of the entire amount with accrued interest and furnishing a Bank Guarantee for the remainder with an undertaking to keep the Bank Guarantee alive, we will stay the execution of the impugned order. Deposit to be made within 12 weeks from today. Bank Guarantee to be provided within that time. In default execution will proceed.

Now the learned Counsel for the appellant informs us that above directions have already been complied with, and the respondent have already withdrawn the part of the amount.

We, therefore, close the civil application by confirming this Court's order dated 9.10.2017 as to the interim suspension of the judgment. 5.
