The matter came to be heard for sometime. Shri J. Supekar, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant, on instructions of the next friend wife of the applicant who is present in Court, submitted that he wants to withdraw the application for bail.

2. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Panaji, to expedite the trial in the proceedings and to dispose off the same within three months and latest by 31.10.2018.
