For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 167 days in bringing the legal representatives of deceased Respondent No.2 on record is condoned. Application is allowed.

The Applicants to effect amendment in the cause title to record the death of Respondent No.2 and to bring on record the spouses of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 whose names are stated in paragraph 3 of the application. Amendment to be carried out within a week from today. 3.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added Respondent Nos.6, 7 and 8 returnable on 18.10.2024. In addition to the regular modes of service, they may be served by Registered Speed Post. 20th September, 2024
