This Misc. Civil Application is for directions to the Deputy Collector of North and South Goa districts to place the compliance report in accordance with the orders passed by this Court on 11.10.2018 in the writ petition.

2. The controversy concerns stone crushers who are carrying on

MCA/282/2019 business in the State without any appropriate licence. A third party, who claims to be a stone crusher, has filed Misc. Civil Application No.533/2019 seeking impleadment. There is no reply to the Misc. Civil Application.

3. For the reasons stated in the Application, Misc. Civil Application No. 533/2019 is allowed without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties on merits. It is made clear that the Misc. Civil Application is allowed only so far as impleadment of the applicant is concerned. Amendment to be carried out within a week. Misc. Civil Application No.533/2019 is disposed of accordingly.
