Ms. K. Govekar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition was instituted because the concerned Authorities were not issuing any construction licence to the petitioner. She now placed on record an application accompanied by a copy of the construction licence issued by the respondent No.1

2. In view of the aforesaid development, Ms. K. Govekar, learned Advocate seeks leave to withdraw this petition as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
