Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, and taking note of the grievances of the petitioner and the relief sought in the above writ petition, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the representations filed by the petitioner with regard to the grievances raised in the above petition vide representation dated 29/1/2014 Exhibit E and representations dated 4/8/2014 and 1/12/2014 Exhibit F-collectively, as expeditiously as possible and within three months from today.
