After this matter was argued for sometime Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel for the petitioner points out that the respondent Bank has till date, not given any concrete response to the petitioner's various representations on the issue of conveyance of the property in question or the refund of the amounts already deposited by the petitioner with the respondent Bank together with interest.

2. From the replies placed on record we find that there is no categorical response one way or another from the respondent Bank.

3. Accordingly, we direct the respondent Bank to dispose of the petitioner's representations as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks from today.

4. We make it clear that we have not examined merit of the rival contentions and therefore, all the contentions of all parties are kept open. The response to the representations is to be furnished to the petitioners within four weeks from today.

5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
