Heard Mr. Shivan Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appearing for the respondents.
2. On the last date of hearing by order dated 07.07.2016, we had directed the petitioner inter-alia to submit the requisite documents to enable the Sub Registrar to examine the registration of the amalgamation of the petitioner's company. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the meanwhile all the requisite documents were submitted to the concerned Sub Registrar on 18.07.2016. The learned counsel further pointed out that the amalgamation deals with the only six properties as reflected in the
WP/611/2016 schedule annexed to the order of the amalgamation by the petitioner.
3. Mr. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General states that as such the Sub Registrar shall proceed to register the document in accordance with law as no dispute has been raised with regard to such valuation. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, nothing survives in the above petition. Hence, the petition stands accordingly disposed of.
