Through the Judgment dated 22/10/2020 in Criminal Appeal no.42/2014, this Court directed the Trial Court to transmit the fine amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) deposited by the appellant on 13/8/2014, together with interest, to the Goa State Covid-19 Relief Fund. It was to be done in four weeks from the date of the Judgment.

2. Nevertheless, the learned District Judge in his request, dated 23/11/2020, has set out the administrative difficulties in complying with the directions in the given time frame. Therefore, he wants this Court to extend the time by three more months.
