Heard Mr. V. A. Lawande, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants. It is noted from the records that the respondents have not yet been served. Mr. Lawande seeks permission to serve the unserved respondents who are living outside the State of Goa by Speed Post and the service in respect of the remaining respondents by humdust. Leave granted accordingly.

2. Mr. Lawande seeks further liberty to move the learned trial Judge for adjourning the matter. The order impugned is only against refusal of the amendment.
