During the course of the hearing, it was not disputed that the execution proceedings in respect of the award passed in the above appeal is pending before the learned District and Sessions Court, North Goa, Panaji, being Execution Application No. 15/2008. By consent of the learned counsel, the Registry is directed to transfer the amount deposited in this Court by the applicants with interest accrued thereon to the said Executing

MCA/928/2016 Court in Execution Application No.15/2008. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
