This is an application under Order XXXII Rule 3 of the Civil Procedure Code for appointment of respondent No.1 as guardian of respondent No. 6, who is said to be a minor. It is submitted that the respondent No.1 being the grandmother of respondent No. 6 who has no personal interest in the matter in controversy in the present proceedings, adverse to the interest of the minor respondent No.6.
