This Application seeks condonation of delay of 82 days in filing the Second Appeal being aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 16.09.2023 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 18/2017 by the Adhoc District Judge-2 at Panaji.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicant and perused the Application.

3. The reasons for the delay is the procedure prescribed for e-filing and it is stated that though the Appeal was preferred in time, the Advocate for the Appellant encountered technical difficulties with the e-filing system while attempting to upload the necessary documents and since the status of the uploaded documents remained pending 28th March, 2025

MCA 83 of 2025 reflecting "Draft", further steps could not be taken and this resulted in the delay.

4. Considering the bonafides, the reasons stated in the Application and in particular when the delay is attributed to the glitch, as the Advocate for the Appellant is new to the procedure of e-filing, the Application is made absolute in terms of its prayer clauses.

5. The Registry is directed to register the Appeal, which shall be circulated at a further date.
