Heard Mr Godinho, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr Vaze for Respondent No. 1 and Ms Sapna Mordekar for Respondent No. 2.

Te Petitioner seeks implementation of the judgment and order dated 12.12.2022 made by Respondent No. 2 regards the assessment list and house tax for Shop No. 4 within the jurisdiction of Ponda Municipal Council.

Mr Vaze, the learned Counsel for Respondent No. 1 states that the process for implementation has already commenced. He points out that the Petitioner is required to give a notice in the prescribed format in compliance with Section 126 of the Goa Municipalities Act.

Mr Godinho states that such notice will be given within two weeks from today.

Mr Vaze, on instructions, states that the process of implementing the directions in judgment and order dated 12.12.2022 will be positively completed within eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the Petitioner's above-referred notice. Tis statement is accepted and Respondent No. 1 will have to act accordingly.

With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of. 7.
