Shri Lotlikar, learned Advocate General for the respondents submits that he has no objection to withdraw the amount. In view thereof, the application for withdrawal is allowed with liberty to the applicant to pursue his claim of interest @15% before the Executing Court. The cheque shall be drawn in the name of the applicant. No opinion is expressed on the tenability of the claim of interest @15% which he shall be at liberty to address before the Executing Court. The application stands disposed off.
