Heard Shri Thali, learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri Prabhudesai, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents no. 1, 3 to 6.
2. The grievance of the applicant / original respondent no.18 of the Writ Petition to comply with the direction issued by this Court in the Judgment dated 13/08/2013 is that though the applicants assure to comply with the directions in the said judgments to provide a land fill sites in terms thereof but however in view of the impediments raised by the local inhabitants to construct a compound wall surrounding
MCA/596/2014 such area the direction could not be implemented. At the last date Shri Thali, learned Counsel raised both the issues and requested the State Government to construct such compound wall.
3. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State Government upon instructions of the Director of Municipal Administration state that in case the applicant files an application before the Municipal Administration to put up such compound wall, the Authorities shall consider such application on its merit and carry out such exercise.
4. Mr.Thali, learned Advocate for the applicant upon instructions of the applicant states that such application shall be filed within a period of two weeks from today. Hence, accepting both the statements of the learned Advocates we dispose off the above application. Needless to say that the directions issued in the above Judgment dated 13/08/2013 shall be complied with in accordance with the law. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
