Leave to amend the prayer clause by inclusion of the challenge to the order dated 5/4/2019 of the Registrar granted. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision application challenging the aforesaid order of the Registrar refusing registration of the application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal for want of removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant shall remove the office objection within one week from today.

3. The statement is accepted.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the civil revision application is hereby condoned. The order dated 5/4/2019 passed by the Registrar is hereby set aside subject to removal of the office objections, in the first appeal/applicaton for condonation of delay.
