This is an application for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 4th July, 2015 to substitute the word "land" by word "Sanad" at para 3, clause (i). The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection.

2. Hence, the application is accordingly allowed. The word "land" is substituted by word "Sanad" at para 3, clause (i). The application stands disposed of. The Registry to rectify the order accordingly.
