This is an application filed by the applicants seeking substituted service by way of publication under Order V Rule 20(1A) of CPC to serve the unserved respondent Nos.10(a) and 10(b). Hence, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to serve the unserved respondent Nos.10(a) and 10(b) by way of publication in the Marathi edition newspaper 'Tarun Bharat" which according to the applicants is widely circulated in the locality.
