Heard Mr A. D. Bhobe, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr N. Vaze, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and Mr D. Gaonkar, Advocate for respondent nos. 5,6 and 7.

2. Mr Vaze by filing say now submit that report is furnished by Sub Divisional Magistrate with regard to U.D. Case No. 30/2024 and accordingly, Mapusa Police Station registered an offence under Section 304-B read with 34 of IPC against respondent nos. 5,6 and 7.

3. Mr Vaze, further submits that investigation commenced and the same will be concluded at the most within eight weeks. Mr Vaze assures that the relevant report will be placed before the concerned Magistrate after completion of said investigation.

4. Along with a reply, a copy of the FIR is placed on record. 5th September, 2024

5. Present petition was filed since no action was taken by concerned authorities including Courts where the applications were filed for registering of FIR.

6. Since FIR is already lodged and investigation commenced, petition stands substantially worked out.

7. The Investigating Agency shall conclude the investigation as early as possible and submit the report to the concerned Magistrate.

8. Accordingly, petition stands dispose of in above terms. BHARAT P. DESHPANDE, J.
