In view of the contention of respondent no.4 that an efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners to challenge the impugned order, Shri Desai, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition so as to enable the petitioners to resort to alternate remedy. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn. At the request of Shri Desai, it is clarified that the order dated 29th March, 2016 passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall not come in the way of the petitioners in filing proposed appeal in DRT.

2. Ad interim order dated 18th July, 2016 shall continue for a period of three weeks.
