The affidavit cum undertaking filed by Mr. Ajeet Singh, the duly authorised representative of the respondent, is taken on record. Mr. Ajeet Singh has undertaken to carry out the repair work of the underground water tank of the applicant as per the Commissioner's report dated 10.08.2011, within two months. The undertaking is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

2. The parties request for disposal of the revision application in terms of the undertaking.

3. In such circumstances, the Civil Revision Application is

CRA/15/2018 disposed off in view of the undertaking by Mr. Ajeet Singh. The repair work of the underground water tank of the applicant as per the Commissioner's report dated 10.08.2011 shall be carried out and completed within two months from today.

4. Civil Revision Application is disposed off with no order as to costs.
