Heard Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General along with Mr. Shirodkar, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the Respondents.
2. Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa places on record the order dated 19th July, 2019 made by the Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, which states that in the interest of speedy justice the complaint instituted by the Petitioner stands transferred to the Collector (North) who is also the Additional Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities.

3. Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa submits that the grievance of the Petitioner in this petition stands substantially redressed by the order dated 19th July, 2019. He however submits that the some direction be issued to the Collector (North) to dispose of the Petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible.
4. Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General makes a statement that the Collector (North) will dispose of the Petitioner's complaint on its own merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. The statement is accepted.
5. The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. All concerned to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
