Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The amendment which is proposed vide Annexure-A is by adding grounds for the challenge as well as a prayer clause.
3. Mr Menezes, learned counsel appearing in connected matters, i.e.
Writ Petitions No.309/2015, 512/2015 and 1169/2016, submit that these grounds are already appearing in other petitions.
4. In view of the above submissions and the fact that connected matters show similar grounds, the amendment application has been allowed. The petitioner to carry out the amendment within one week from today and serve an amended copy on the respondents.
5. The petitions shall be placed for final hearing as per turn.
