2. He submits that the application for deleting the respondent No.11 was allowed by the First Appellate Court by its order dated 07/07/2011 but the error continued in the Appellate Court's judgment to reflect the name of the respondent No.11.

3. Shri R.G. Ramani, learned Advocate has no objection.

4. Considering the order passed by the First Appellate Court the application for deleting the respondent No.11 from the cause title and consequently dispensing with the service is allowed.
