2. The learned counsel for the parties state that the two Arbitrators appointed by each of them have, propose to appoint the Hon'ble Chief Justice S. J. Vazifdar as Presiding Arbitrator.

3. Accordingly, they submit that no further orders are necessary in this application except to clarify that all the contentions of all parties, including the contention on the aspect

AAR/10/2019 of jurisdiction be kept open to be determined by the appropriate forum in accordance with law and on their own merits.

4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid clarification this application is disposed of at the request of the learned counsel for the parties.
