Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate made a statement on 13 December, 2017 that possession of the plot will be handed over to the Petitioner on the next date. It is informed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that Physical possession of the plot is handed over and he places certificate to that effect on record.

3. Contempt alleged in this petition is of the order dated 15.12.2016 wherein the petition was disposed of on the statement that decision on the application of the petitioner will be taken. Not only decision has been taken but it has also been implemented.

4. In view of this position, it is not necessary to take Contempt Petition any further.
