Padgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above petition to challenge the validity of the charge-sheet before the learned Magistrate. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are left open.
