Heard Mr. Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants and Mr. V. A. Lawande, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1.

2. This is an application filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to appoint an Arbitrator.

3. Both the learned Counsel do not dispute that there is an Arbitration clause in the Agreement between the parties and the dispute raised is covered by the Arbitration Clause. Both the learned Counsel also accept that an Arbitrator be appointed to conduct the Arbitration proceedings in Panaji, Goa.

4. In such circumstances, Shri A. P. Lavande, Retired Judge of this

AAR/11/2016 Court, is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties.

5. Application stands disposed of.
