2. The applicant is facing prosecution for an offence punishable under section 302 of I.P.C. for having intentionally caused the death of his wife. The earlier bail application filed by the applicant being criminal application no.143/2003 was rejected by this Court on 22/11/2013 thereby expediting the trial. The applicant/accused has again approached this Court for bail.

3. It appears that the trial has proceeded further and in all nine prosecution witnesses are already examined. If that be so, certainly no grounds are made out for exercise of discretion, particularly when

CRMAB/170/2015 the earlier bail application was rejected. In the result, the criminal application is hereby rejected. The learned Sessions Judge shall proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible and the same shall be preferably decided by 31/12/2015.
