Heard Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Advocate for the applicant and Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondent no.4.
2. The grievance of the applicant in the above application is that the applicant reported to the Director of the Institute of Public Assistance (Provedoria) and was informed that there was no specific order permitting such Department to employ the applicant. The next grievance of the applicant is that the salary of the applicant was not paid from 15th June,2017 though the arrears have already been deposited.

3. Shri Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General for the respondent no.4. points out that the order reverting the applicant to Provedoria by the respondent no.4 was pursuant to the approval of the Government and as such the Department of Provedoria shall take the applicant in employment accordingly. Learned Advocate General further points out that as per the releaving order dated 15/06/2017 the petitioner reported to the Provedoria and as such the salary of the applicant from that date shall be paid by Provedoria.
4. Shri Nigel Da Costa Frias, learned Counsel however points out that the applicant shall accordingly report to the Provedoria tomorrow.
5. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General and the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, we dispose of the above application.
