REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application to amend the cause title. According to the appellants the appellant no.1 i.e. Ms. Laxmi Anant Naik is died on 08.04.2019. It is further contended that her Legal Representative are appellant nos. 2 to 7 who are already on record. Therefore the appellants seeks permission to amend the cause title by adding word "since deceased" and represented by LR's i.e. Appellant nos. 2 to 7 after the name of Appellant no.1.

The application is supported by an Affidavit of appellant no.6 and copy of death certificate is filed. On perusal of death certificate, it is seen that the appellant no.1 is died on 08.04.2019 and this application is filed on 13.06.2019, so it is within limitation. Since, the Legal Representatives are already on record and appellant seeks to make necessary amendment, the application is allowed vide Chapter II rule 3 (i) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960. Hence, appellant to carry out necessary amendment.
