Taking into consideration the averments in the appeal memo as well as the application for interim relief, we grant interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) subject to the condition that both parties to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property. In particular, the applicants are restrained from selling,

CA/142/2019 alienating, transferring or creating any third party rights in respect of the suit property described in Schedule I and II of the Plaint.
