1. Heard Mr. Shirodkar, Additional Goverment Advocate appearing for the Applicants and Mr. Vibhav Pilarnkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent.

2. The present application is for condonation of delay of 526 days in filing First Appeal bearing stamp no. 1680/2018.

3. Mr. Shirodkar submitted that the delay was caused due to the fact that there were 19 matters which were disposed of by the learned Trial Court and the Applicant was in the process of preparing the Appeals in stages.

4. Mr. Shriodkar would submit that in connected matter bearing no. MCA.221/2022, this Court vide order dated 03.01.2023 had condoned the delay.

5. The learned Counsel for the Respondent strongly opposed the application.

6. On perusal of the contentions in the application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is disclosed. The other matters are already admitted which are connected to the present Appeal. In all 19 matters were disposed of by the learned Trial Court in which Appeals were preferred by the present Applicant.

7. Since connected matters are already admitted after condoning delay, the application could be allowed on considering the sufficient cause disclosed in the application.

8. The Application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned..
