Learned Advocate General states that considering the additional affidavit filed by the Petitioner an opportunity to the Petitioner to put forth his grievance needs to be given. He states that State will accordingly withdraw the impugned order and permit the petitioner to file representation to be considered as per law.

In view of this statement nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this petition since the impugned orders are withdrawn and the case of the petitioner is being reconsidered. 3.

Since the petitioner will make a fresh representation within a period of one week from today, we expect that Respondents/Authority to dispose of the proceedings within a reasonable time.
