Heard the learned counsel for the parties on MCA No.947 of 2017, seeking condonation of delay in filing the Tax Appeal.

2. On due consideration, we find that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the memo of the appeal will be supplied to the learned counsel for the respondent within two weeks.
