The appeal is filed by the appellant being aggrieved by the judgment dated 30.6.2017 and convicting him for the offence punishable under Section 307 of IPC and Section 3 read with 25 of the Arms Act.

2. Appeal came to be admitted on 5.7.2017.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record the death certificate of the appellant issued by the Corporation of the City of Panaji, declaring Namdev Ladu Gawas has expired on 21.8.2024, and the certificate issued on 25.7.2025 is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked as X for identification.

4. In the wake of the aforesaid, the appeal stands abated and is 25th July, 2025

CRIA 32 of 2017 disposed of as abated.

5. Bail bond stands discharged.
